We have an immediate opening for a Strategic Planning Analyst in support of our customer in Chantilly, VA. This is a full-time employee position with Arena Technologies and requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and the candidate must be willing to take a CI polygraph.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS program’s Strategy Development and Management team whose activities include:

  • Support the implementation and sustainment of processes that facilitate the development and delivery of strategies, architectures, and portfolio planning;
  • Conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness;
  • Evaluating the customer organization’s corporate vision, management concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the aligned office/group adheres to said guidance through its activities and projects;
  • Plan and accomplish goals for COMM and across subordinate organizations by relying on extensive experience and judgment.

Required qualifications:

  • BS with 5+ years, or Associate’s with 8+ years, or overall 15 years, of demonstrated experience and performance related to tasks above
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly
  • NRO or IC experience
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Desired qualifications:

We have an immediate opening for a Graphics and Communications Developer (Graphic Designer) in support of our customer in Chantilly, VA. This is a full-time employee position with Arena Technologies and requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and the candidate must be willing to take a CI polygraph.

 

The successful candidate will work as a Graphics Designer and visual communicator to conceptualize and create cutting-edge graphics and presentations in support of the COLOSSUS mission.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Complete a wide-range of routine and complex projects such as charts, graphs, flow diagrams, presentation visuals, illustrations, publication and cover design, brochures and exhibits.
  • Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle from the initial concept, including gathering requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews to design, develop, and deploy print and Web-based products.
  • Assist with conceptualizing and creating cutting-edge graphics and layouts for branding, collateral, and Web delivery.
  • Successfully work independently while in a collaborative team environment with demonstrated customer support expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint in order to serve as backup to the SharePoint Developer.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts highly preferred.
  • BS with 2+ years, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or 10 years of demonstrated experience related to tasks above
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe creative tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with creating visual communications for executive audiences
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced and team-based environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication expertise
  • Proficiency with content management systems, e.g. WordPress and SharePoint

Position Description:

 

The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS program as a COLOSSUS Aligned Enterprise Planners (AEPs) to provide task support across the program’s enterprise planning and management scope for specific customer organizations. In addition, AEPs are the primary conduit to represent the aligned customer organization in the Enterprise Planning and Management Lifecycle roadmap tasks, such as strategy development, architecting, policy and governance, and investment planning. In this capacity, AEPs are responsible for representing aligned customer equities in enterprise functional activities, as well as sharing the status and outcomes of those processes back with their aligned customers. AEPs leverage strong working relationships with functional staff from across the COLOSSUS program to facilitate engagements with their aligned customer leadership in support of functional tasks execution. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS Architecting team and support activities required to perform mission gap analysis and assessment of alternatives in relation to the customer’s enterprise architecting initiatives. The incumbent will participate in activities such as:

  • conducting assessments of new and revised external stakeholder mission/user needs, guiding policies and directives and other stakeholder guidance to include identification of latent and emerging needs in advance of change ;
  • conducting capabilities and gap assessments of architecture needs and current-funded capabilities using the most current architecture information;
  • conducting technology gaps assessments (i.e. technology gaps are the difference between capability gap and available or forecasted technology solutions);
  • contributing to working sessions with government or stakeholders to determine whether the needs and gaps assessments are complete and accurate and whether planned activities meet architectural intent;

  • documenting user capability needs, available and planned capabilities, and capability gaps and technology gaps;
  • assessing potential options for eliminating or mitigating identified capability gaps;
  • assessing options identified by the customer for eliminating or mitigating the identified capability gaps to include coordination with stakeholders;
  • assessing results to build and provide a business case analysis that includes independent performance, cost, schedule, and risks assessments in context with the architecture, plans, and other opportunities to include coordination with stakeholders.

 

Also, as a functional team member, the candidate may be requested to surge in order to support tasks and projects across the broader COLOSSUS scope according to their specific, personal expertise and capabilities.

 

Required qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS
